I have the ability to wake up every morning if im blessed to do so, or sit outside and experience nature almost such so that one can only come to the realization that we are very lucky to experience life in the period and time we are in now for it could be the last bit of life of humanity and or many many years until humanity is no more. we don't know how long we are here for but we often need to appreciate the fact we breathe, we see, we exist and one another and connect to one another and no matter what spot you are at in life, you will start to realize even the people you don't like, or the people you dont know of, or even the richest amongest all of us

I feel grateful for my phone because whenever I need a friend/family member to talk to when im by myself i'll be able hear them and calm down and feel a lot better.
It'll make me feel a lot better mentally and physically.
