Volunteered to help at a school garden.
Helped me get raised garden beds in condition for planting. We raise food for the local food pantry. Last year we had a drought and many of the community gardeners dropped out without cleaning up their bed. Because it is a large garden, the job is too big for any one person. With over a dozen people working however, the job got done in three hours.

I had prom saturday and got to go with one of my girl friends because she brought me to prom because she's a senior but we had a great time.
This benefited me because I got to hang out with her and she got to spend the night at my house and we had fun.

What my friend did that made me feel grateful was that they gave me a ride to work when my car didn't work
How it benefited me was that i was able to go to work and not get written up for not showing

I had to work on something and had a short amount of time to do it when out of nowhere my Chromebook died . So I asked my sister for her personal laptop, and she would let me borrow it.
I was able to finish the work I had due.
